Do I have to remove my hotel from Booking.com?
No. Stayly works alongside Booking.com and other channels. Many hotels start by adding Stayly as their direct-booking site and gradually shift their best customers toward booking directly to save on commissions.
Who holds the money from bookings?
Your hotel does, directly. You connect your own Chargily account, and guest payments go straight to your bank. Stayly never touches your money — we only charge you the monthly software fee.
What happens if my internet drops?
Your booking site stays online — it's hosted in the cloud. If your front-desk computer loses internet, you can still take reservations on paper and enter them later. We're working on an offline mode for the front desk.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Keep your current website for marketing, and add a 'Book now' button that links to your Stayly booking page. Or move everything to Stayly — your call.
What if I have multiple hotels?
The Professional plan supports one property. For chains or multiple hotels, we have an Enterprise plan with a unified dashboard. Contact us.
